Save & Read below! ✨️⬇️ . Let me tell you why the answer to this is always the same... . It's simple, and it's NO! 😱 . But you would be surprised how often this is assumed! Most serious shellers couldn't keep all of their shell finds even if they wanted to. 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Why? Because we collect often and in places where seashells are plentiful! 🐚 . There is no need for it. We come across so many amazing piles that buckets could not carry them all, and most shellers become picky after a while. 🙌🏼

Save & Read below ✨️⬇️ . There's so much that goes into a pretty photo... But my favorite part about photographing seashells, is the memories that come with it! . This stunning shell is a Knobbed Whelk I found in Outer Banks. When I find these whelks, a lot of times they initially lack color or vibrancy (as you can see in the first few clips). 💙 . I'm not always able to photograph them as found, so in this case, I took this shell home to clean, then picked a beautiful overcast sky to photograph

Where you can find these shells! ⬇️ . Big seashells like this can actually be found on beaches all down the East coast, but they are commonly found here in Florida! 🙌🏼 . This is because the animals that make seashells thrive here in Florida due to the warmer water we have, especially in the Gulf of Mexico 🏝 . Now the perfect place to increase your chances of finding a big seashells like this Lightning whelk is in Ten Thousand islands 💙 . The best way to get there and know exactly where to go
