Chinese Cucumber Salad 🥒 This is one of my all time fav childhood dishes that I grew up eating and it’s by far the tastiest salad ever! To be completely honest I much prefer the usual method of bashing the cucumber (lol) and roughly chopping it but this is a super fun way to serve it if you’re bothered to 🫣 Ingredients 2 large or 3 medium cucumbers Sea salt 1.5 tbsp black vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp liquid sweetener or sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced Chilli oil, to taste Pinc
