Fruit jelly With evaporated coconut milk by nm_meiyee Ingredients 500g water 30g sugar 2 tsp agar agar powder Fruits, cubed To serve 1 canned evaporated coconut milk @naturescharm, refrigerated Add water, sugar to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder, and cook until dissolved, whisking constantly, continue to simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Add cut fruits into the mold. Pour jelly into mold, refrigerate for 4 hrs or until set. Serve with cold evaporated coconut milk. #homemade
