Today we’re smoking salmon on the new Weber Grills Searwood pellet smoker. Alaska Gold Seafood sent me both the Marbled and the regular Wild King Salmon. I’ve been going back and forth between the two trying to figure out which one I like better. So, I smoked them both exactly the same way to see which one is better smoked. The salmon comes frozen in individual portion sizes, so I let them defrost in the fridge overnight. I made a rub with 4 parts brown sugar and 2 parts salt and then eyeballed
