Volunteers made a dangerous discovery in a greenbelt near the Elliot Bay Marina over the weekend. More than 80 propane tanks were pulled from an unsanctioned encampment in the green space just north of the marina’s parking lot. The non-profit We Heart Seattle and two other volunteer groups worked to remove the tanks over the Labor Day holiday weekend.
