Brown bumps on your face might be dermatosis papulosa nigra. These soft, brown bumps are common in deeper skin tones. They are not dangerous or cancerous. Treatment is not necessary, but they can be removed for cosmetic reasons with electrodessication & curettage or cryotherapy.
